The Manitou Triathlon has been in existence since 1990, and has truly become one of the 'must-do' races of any Minnesota Triathlete. Being a relatively 'easy' course early in the year, it's often chosen by rookie triathletes as their first race. But the Midwest's elite athletes also like the course because "it's just plain fast".

Whether you are a first time athlete or decorated IM athlete, this camp is a must to prepare you for the Wisconsin Ironman Triathlon. Open water swims from the start beach, fully supported 112 mile ride on the race course, fully supported run on one loop of the course. Classroom sessions covering nutrition, equipment, mental prep and more. Price includes 2 nice lodging at the Best Western Inn on the Park, breakfasts, training food/drinks, bike mechanic and more. Message therapist on site for small extra fee.

Spring Italian Cycling Trip

Exclusive cycling camp on the Adriatic seacoast of the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. Tour operated by Cycle Ventures International and hosted by Hotel Perla of the Riccione Bike Hotels. Tour program also includes optional participation in the Cervia Sella Italia Gran Fondo and a companion sightseeing program for non-cycling guests.
Cost includes nine nights lodging with hosts Hotel Perla; daily training rides with local guides; breakfast, post-ride recovery pasta buffet and multi-course dinners; excursions to several cultural and historical interests.
Airfare, carbon-fiber bicycle rental and Sella Italia race registration fee are extra and will be billed to you. (Price of group airfare from Mpls/Chicago- Bologna to be determine prior to October 31st closing date.)
