SCS/USAT Skills Camp

Place: University Minnesota West Bank Campus
Cost: $500
This 7 day skills camp is geared toward the intermediate level athlete ages 16-23. Topics covered will include, but not limited to; nutrition, skill/technique, equipment, race strategy and training. Athletes will learn from USAT Level 2 coaches, professional athletes and industry representatives. Athletes will participate in structured daily training, attend classroom leaning sessions and receive one on one technique instruction. Registration fees include on-campus double occupancy lodging and food program through the University of Minnesota.

SCS Wisconsin Iron Distance Camp

Place: Madison Wisconsin
Cost: $549 before 7-1-09;
$599 after 7-24-09
A must for the athlete doing Ironman Wisconsin. Our camp will teach you everything you need to finish strong, PR or podium. Organized on course swims, fully supported bike rides over the entire route, supported runs, professional bike mechanics and classroom education set this camp apart from the rest. Registration fees include two nights hotel at Inn on the Park, breakfasts, training food, pizza dinner and much more. Hurry, this one fills quick and we limit the number of athletes to 20.
