 Tri 101
A fun and educational 6 week class meeting 2 times a week (Monday, Wednesday 6:30-8pm)
Class will be structured as 30 minutes of classroom and 60 minutes of training
Classroom topics will be:
    1     wetsuits
    2     bike choices
    3     run shoes, finding the right one
    4     swim training tools
    5     bike electronics
    6     fixing flats/changing tires
    7     bike mechanics
    8     transition gear
    9     nutrition
    10     season planning
    11     choosing the right race
    12     heart rate monitors and gps units
