Make every day count!

Testimonials

Kris,
I just wanted to send you a sincere thank you for all your help preparing for this half marathon.  I could not have crossed the finish line without you.  You believed in me from the beginning (even when I didn’t) and that meant the world to me.  The day, the race, and the experience were amazing!  I even beat my own goal time.  I can’t wait to run the next one – seems I am hooked on running!

Thanks again for everything Kris – you are truly a talented coach and mentor!

All the best,
Julie

Hey Dan!
THANKS again for coaching me this past season.  You MADE THE DIFFERENCE that helped make my Ironman journey a total success.  Of course, it helped that the weather was PERFECT on race day, but your coaching and experience provided:
    •     Key NUTRITIONAL guidelines, with an emphasis on practicing race-day nutrition
                                         (this was HUGE for me)

    •     Base building
    •     Endurance training for the long haul
With your expert guidance, I exceeded my race goal time AND (most surprising-and maybe most importantly) finished STRONG and comfortably with NO ILL EFFECTS (no cramping, no blisters, minimal muscle soreness-amazing!!).  I've been more "beat up" after the three marathons I've ran.

John, Dan and Kris (as well as Michelle and Brent) -

Thank you for an awesome triathlon experience and all the great coaching this past 8 months!!!

I will always remember and associate you at SCS Multisport (and the use of LifeTime Fitness facilities) as part of my great experience with my first triathlon!  You will forever be embedded in the process and in my memories!  You are all wonderful people overall, but as well as in your coaching, sharing your personal triathlon experiences and your life in general.  It doesn't seem like business when working with you, but like along with gaining knowledge I was gaining a new circle of friends through the camaraderie and experiences and the people in the classes.
I enjoy following along with your lives on your website, please continue that, as it's a great way to let others know about successes and learning experiences in triathlons.

You have given me encouragement, successful training tips and knowledge and have helped plant a seed that will be forever growing in the love of triathlons!  Thank you!!

Take care.
See you around.

Hey Kris,

I was in your 10 week triathlon class in Chanhassen this Spring.  I just
wanted to let you and John know I did my first race a couple weeks ago
up in Michigan.  I felt so prepared both mentally and physically from all the
tips and great workouts you gave us.  The race went beautifully and I'm doing
another one at the end of July.

Have a great summer and thanks again!

Molly

Greetings John,

Just a short note to say how impressed we are with your training program and your coaching.

The kids are beginning their second year with you. Last year was a very positive triathlon experience, thanks in large part to your programs and your coaching; this year is picking up just where 2005 left off.

As for Dawn and me, we just completed our first triathlon (Buffalo) under your tutelage.  Both of our goals were met - Dawn was pleased with her results and I placed fourth in my age group (my goal was a top five finish).  Previous to today, my best finish was seventh.

We are all looking forward to the rest of the season.

Thanks, and sincerely, Joe.

I just had my best swim yet.  Always having been dead weight in the pool, it's really cool when I can see that I'm making progress. I take whatever you're saying for gospel, but it's also really nice to see how things that you're telling us are so connected to another piece of the stroke. Pretty cool stuff for me.  Thanks guys!- Steve

Thanks again Kris for taking the time to meet with me.  That was so valuable to me.  With IM about one month away, believe it or not I was feeling an element of stress thinking about things like special needs bags, transitions, checklists, etc.  Also, of utmost importance was the race nutrition discussion and plan.  I think that will make a big difference in my big day.  To think Ð I was set to hammer down gels the whole bike ride.  I did the yoga stretch after my run this morning, and like I said, that is a stretch I have been looking for.  I am thankful I found your coaching services, and am excited about what I will learn in the coming years.  I am also very grateful for the mental strategies we discussed.

It's funny - many of us spend thousands of dollars on bikes, shoes, gear, helmets, hear rate monitors, gels, powders... yet we neglect the opportunity to purchase valuable professional guidance, which in the grand scheme of things is a grain of sand on the big beach of tri-spending.

Thanks again. I would like another session before Brazil. - Tim Lees

Thanks Dan!  I better get moving on my training!!! I loved class. Just the tips you gave last night have helped me tremendously and I am so excited about continuing with the group. Thank you so much for your patience and expertise.  Susan

Just a quick FYI for you that I just bumped into Susan Walker, the lady who came to class on Wednesday for the first time. She said the absolutely loved the class, and is thrilled to be in it.  It was she who referred Lisa Sahr to the class.  Susan also told about a dozen other women about it, as she's that happy with it. - kristin

Thanks so much Dan. I always feel renewed and revitialized with my training after a session with you. As I've said before you are a great coach -- very motivating and encouraging. I don't think I would still be doing this without all of your support.- melissa
